When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google's OAuth service. We store only what is necessary to authenticate you and manage your subscription plan.

We also collect:

  • Watchlist preferences (stocks and investors you follow)
  • Portfolio holdings you manually enter (stock code, average buy price, number of shares)
  • AI Insight and AI Portfolio Analysis usage counts for quota enforcement
  • Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Authenticate and manage your account
  • Send email alerts for stocks and investors you watch
  • Display your personal portfolio holdings, unrealized P&L, and allocation charts
  • Track your AI Insight and AI Portfolio Analysis quota
  • Diagnose errors and improve the platform

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Google OAuth — for authentication
  • Anthropic (Claude) — for AI Stock Insights and AI Portfolio Analysis. For stock insights, only the stock code and public market data are sent. For portfolio analysis, your holdings data (stock codes, share counts, buy prices, and P&L figures) are sent to generate the analysis. No personally identifiable information is included.
  • Midtrans — for payment processing (subscription checkout). We share only your email address and order amount; we do not store your card details.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at notification@idxholder.com.

5. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.
